$FLAY Release Schedule

The $FLAY token release follows a controlled emissions schedule, with tokens reserved for contributors over time. This schedule will begin with a 6 month cliff (at $FLAY TGE) followed by a vesting period of 2.5 years. The $FLAY tokens held in the Flayer Treasury will not be included in the circulating supply until governance approves such actions. In addition to the cliff and vesting period, contributor tokens that have completed both the cliff and vesting periods will only be distributed if the $FLAY token reaches $75,000,000 FDV (based on a 7-day time-weighted average, per CoinGecko). This unlock schedule will ensure that contributors are fully aligned with the projects long-term growth.
